So why empty your pockets on those exorbitantly priced anti-aging creams when you have the natural method right in front of you. How I wish we could get these blueberries in India too.

If you eat a LOT of the fruits that are available here, that will also work. Just eat them raw. No juices/salads/cakes :)

ReplyDeleteBy the look of it these blue berries are nothing but 'jamuns' or 'kalo jaam' as we call them in bengali. If so they are available in Delhi at least- it is a summer fruit and is available for a short period in the months of June-Aug I think.

I saw a picture of blue berries in a magazine and no I have not seen anything like these in my life and nm you are right, I do not think we get the stuff in India. But I am sure that we can collect information on these and see if they can be grown here. Organic farmers are you listening?
